MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:- Comfortable interacting with all levels of customer and Salesforce management
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Database and relational data structures
- Familiarity with database concepts and data management (RDBMS), JSON, and SQL
- Familiarity with system logging tools (Splunk, Sumologic) as well as system monitoring tools
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented design and core programming concepts
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP API
- Familiarity with both the front-end web tier (JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS, and cross-browser development) and back-end (Java, .Net, SQL) software development
- Fluent in English and Italian, second European language an advantage
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Understanding of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers, etc.
- Large scale, multi-tenant production environments
- API Programming or Software Development
- Software Design Lifecycle
- Visualforce and Apex code experience
- CRM domain knowledge & any Salesforce Certifications
- Previous experience with Salesforce CRM and its technologies
- Certified Salesforce Administrator I
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience providing enterprise SaaS support
