MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of customer and Salesforce management
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Database and relational data structures
  • Familiarity with database concepts and data management (RDBMS), JSON, and SQL
  • Familiarity with system logging tools (Splunk, Sumologic) as well as system monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with Object-Oriented design and core programming concepts
  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP API
  • Familiarity with both the front-end web tier (JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS, and cross-browser development) and back-end (Java, .Net, SQL) software development
  • Fluent in English and Italian, second European language an advantage
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Understanding of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers, etc.
  • Large scale, multi-tenant production environments
  • API Programming or Software Development
  • Software Design Lifecycle
  • Visualforce and Apex code experience
  • CRM domain knowledge & any Salesforce Certifications
  • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM and its technologies
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator I
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Experience providing enterprise SaaS support
