What you will do
Contribute to the development and implementation of software for RHEL AI to leverage the power of hardware accelerators
Contribute to packaging and distribution efforts, including converting Python wheels to RPMs
Contribute to product quality for our product set by looking to continuously improve process and coding standards
Work closely with teams within AI Engineering, where collaboration opportunities present themselves
Learn and help implement the architectural concepts that are key to the development of our product set
What you will bring
2+ years of experience as a software developer, software engineer, or similar roles
Experience in developing applications in Go or Python
Experience in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, or other cloud-native technologies
Experience in PyTorch
Experience in agile development, CI/CD, Jira, and Git
Ability to quickly learn and use new tools and technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with package management and distribution, including converting Python wheels to RPMs, is a plus
