As an
EHS Intern, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Assisting with completing the 2025 Noise Dosimetry

• Assisting with completing the 2025 Chemical Exposure Monitoring

• Assisting with completing the Chemical Labeling Audit

• Updating the Confined Space Log and Process to Mitigate

• Updating Emergency Procedures & Written Program

• Updating the plant’s SDS

• Performing other duties as assigned.

Your Skills andExpertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the followingqualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from anaccredited institution

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale

• Completedat minimum freshmanyear (2 semesters) by the start of the internship

• Previously completed an internship/co-op with 3M or another manufacturing company

• Previous work experience in a manufacturing setting

• Demonstrated communication skills - both verbal and written

• Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills

• Exhibits initiative and is proactive in problem-solving

• Maintain confidential and restricted information

• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Products and Internet Explorer

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of statistical software programs

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
