- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience implementing HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and drive decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication, change management, critical thinking and analysis skills.
- Excellent project management skills and delivery, able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
- Knowledge Broad range of HR, exposure to CoE disciplines and local employment law.
