Your Key Responsibilities
As part of the Business Transformation team, you will:
- Facilitate strategic initiatives by gathering business insights , customer feedback , and performance KPIs to guide the development of new digital products and services.
- Define and maintain the Product Roadmap , aligning priorities with transformation goals and ensuring timely delivery.
- Anticipate and mitigate roadblocks , ensuring projects stay on track without compromising quality.
- Prioritize product releases based on business impact, customer needs, and success metrics.
- Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to ensure products remain relevant and competitive.
- Manage the Product Backlog (e.g., Jira), tracking evolution, new features, and dependencies.
- Address product performance issues , coordinating improvements to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration , ensuring clear communication among stakeholders and alignment with transformation objectives.
- Manage tight launch timelines , honoring commitments to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to source solutions and ensure seamless integration.
