Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
Ability to communicate in English and Ukrainian fluently to manage client relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience strategically assessing and achieving agency/client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling, and engaged selling.
Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics with expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Ukraine and consistently meet quotas to drive growth.
