Typically requires 3+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience
Experience with 3D factory modeling and visualization software (Factory CAD, Line Designer, Factory Design Suite - Autodesk, VisMockup, Process Simulate)
Ability to run discrete event simulation in FlexSIM and PlantSIM
Exposure to ergonomic validations using Siemens Jack or Process Simulate Human
Experience with Design for Assembly/Manufacturing
Experience with Lean Manufacturing
Exposure to predetermined time standards such as MODAPTS, MOST or MTM
Experience in Operations Research/Mathematical optimization
Familiar with the fundamentals of machine learning and deep learning.
Good interpersonal, collaboration, presentation and communication skills
Strong project management skills and the ability to work to tight project deadlines
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering - Prefer Master’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $148,200.00 and $223,100.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
