Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 15+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience
• Proventrack recordof successfully managing multiple releases and complete product cycles
• Proventrack recordof shipping high volume personal computing / consumer devices
• Proventrack recordof leading and growing geographically diverse teams, includingexperience inbuildingand scaling new teams.
• Strong communicationskills and ability to work across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with embedded system software development, especially at a system architectural level
• Enthusiastic,motivatedand self-driven
• High tolerance to ambiguity and ability make progress in the face of it
• Some domestic and international travel will be necessary.
• Experience withIntel, AMD or Intel SoCs,Windows Driver Kit (WDK), Driver development, UEFI/Firmware development is a huge bonus

• This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software and/or product development
• Experience managingone or moremanager of managers andan organization of more than 40 individuals
