Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.Responsibilities:
- Incumbents work with large and complex data sets (both internal and external data) to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies
- Identifies and compiles data sets using a variety of tools (e.g. SQL, Access) to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business to business outcomes
- Responsible for documenting data requirements, data collection / processing / cleaning, and exploratory data analysis; which may include utilizing statistical models / algorithms and data visualization techniques
- Incumbents in this role may often be referred to as Data Scientists
- Specialization in marketing, risk, digital and AML fields possible

- ROLE :
- This is a C12 Digital IC role in the Digital Product Analytics Team.
The Digital Product Analytics team within USPBA supports the business in measurement and Performance Analytics on new changes being launched in the Digital Ecosystem and measure the impact of features / products /new tests/ placements, creating recommendations to improve digital journeys and drive higher digital engagement by focusing on following:
- Set up Adobe Dashboards for measurement of different tests
- Analyze performance of different digital journeys across web and app in Adobe Analytics & across other data sources in EAP
- Deep Dive Analysis on journeys and digital features from an adoption, usage and improvement perspective
- Analyze Cross Journey and Feature usage
- Identify opportunities for revenue increase, expense reduction and CX enhancement on our Web and App ecosystems
- Create business recommendations to drive improvements in conversion from a product sales standpoint to drive the BEO funnel
- Performance analysis for digital engagement & usage features (mobile, digital, wallet, e-commerce)
- Drive efficiency and automation in the overall system of Test and Learn
- Improve visualization of different Dashboards
- Have the ability to work and lead in a cross functional scrum based environment
- The candidate needs to have expertise in Adobe Suite and past training experience to upskill other team members
- Exposure to Digital Business & knowledge of Digital Performance KPIs would be significantly preferred
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience
- Must have the ability to retrieve and manipulation data
- Advanced analytic ability and problem solving skills to proactively address business questions with innovative data driven solutions
- Ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams in order
- Working experience in a quantitative field, Financial/Credit Card industry
- Willing to learn and can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, detail oriented, flexible and adaptive to matrix work environment
Education:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
