Employee Relations Expert
You will be acting as an advisor for the Talent team and the business and be directly responsible on matters related to Employee and Labor Relations.
► Manage employee relations issues, provide advice on HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws and Firm requirements.
► Act as primary contact for employee concerns including grievance and manage issues from investigation to resolution.
► Manage the internal relationships to understand business goals, anticipate talent needs and translate them into valuable outcomes
► Manage the disciplinary process and ensure incidents are investigated, due process is followed, and appropriate disciplinary actions are taken
► Ensure a strong positive client and employee experience, build sense of belonging
► Identify and escalate HR concerns and risks, resolve requests, concerns and inquiries
► 5+ years experience in Labor/Employee relations (gained in an international, multicultural environment preferred) with strong expertise in labor relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement
► Excellent and in-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
► Excellent spoken and written English
► Positive, can-do attitude, with agile approach to work
► Ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders and business leaders, openness to work in matrix organization
► Excellent organization, analytical and problem solving skills
► Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills – able to handle conflict situations and resolve issues
► Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a “global mindset”
Ideally, you’ll also have
► Graduate or a post graduate qualification in a Law or Human Resource discipline
► Experience working in a consulting organization or in a similar professional services environment
► Experience working in a cross-border, virtual environment
