Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

As FP&A Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leads SIBG operational and strategic planning cadence, Business Group management reporting with a consistent financial metrics view.
• Implements new planning processes and FP&A initiatives
• Determines Resource allocations, Management reporting, Target setting
• Supports senior level Finance, Divisions & Business Group leaders in cooperation with Division FP&As, BG Strategy and Corporate FP&A.
• Willingness to be join cross functional projects

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance (completed and verified prior to start)
• Five (5) years of Finance experiencein a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• MBA or Master’s degree in finance/ accounting from an accredited institution
• Strong financial acumen - ability to translate complex business problems into financial terms
• Ability to act as a change agent and in complex environments
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Advance knowledge of excel, Longview
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require as well travel to 3M Center office
