Job Description
- A. Position Objective
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with expertise in preclinical study design and data interpretation in early-stage projects as well as translational studies. This position is to support preclinical stage scientific assessment of technologies and innovations, and to identify and advance projects through assay development and data analysis in the field of immunology.
B. Duties and Responsibilities- Actively engage in the initial assessment and screening of innovative projects in autoimmune/anti-infection to identify high-potential projects.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of the mechanism of action, experimental design, and critical data to evaluate and support the progress of selected projects.
- Strategically identify missing critical data and design plans for supplementary experiments to ensure complete project assessment.
- Collaborate internally to ensure comprehensive analysis and preparation for IND filings, facilitating seamless project progression.
- Provide key insights to aid decision-making for potential collaborations.
- Foster partnerships to drive translational efforts for selected projects, including investigating combination drug efficacy and exploring biomarkers.
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the key advantages and differentiation of the project, as well as advancements in the pipeline.
- C. Key Requirement
Education and Background:
- Ph.D. in Immunology or related field with more than 5-8 years of industry experience, oversea experience is preferred.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in immunotherapy drug discovery within Biotech/Pharma/CRO settings
- Proficiency in experimental design, operations, assay development, data interpretation to immune-related disease models, and translational models
- Experience in molecular optimization and CRO management is preferred.
- Experience in leading at least one full-cycle project from Discovery to IND filing is preferred.
Communication and Presentation Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese.
- Strong presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Critical thinking, analytical mindset with attention to detail in gathering and interpreting data accurately
