Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or an analytical field or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in a Sales role or equivalent experience in a customer facing technical/engineering or consulting role.
Experience working in the Italy market.
Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Italian with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Sales management experience in technology, advertising, or internet. General management experience and experience growing a market.
Experience in influencing and building effective relationships at the executive decision-making level (e.g. C-level) cross-functionally in a complex matrixed, multinational organization.
Ability to be an effective coach of senior talents and peers in a multicultural environment. Ability to investigate performance, develop actionable insights, and galvanize action to capture opportunities.
Strategic and commercial acumen, and the ability to develop and deliver a business strategy that is dynamic balancing short-term delivery with long-term sustainable success.
