As a Procurement Buyer 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of production orders. You will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping. With your attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you will ensure that production orders are delivered on time and in full, contributing to customer satisfaction and the success of our business. You will report directly to our Sr. Procurement Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix or Tucson location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the customer experience by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that may arise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process production orders and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
• Manage key complex suppliers
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any order or supply issues
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient shipping
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all order fulfillment activities

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or buying
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
