Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 2+ years of experience with data analysis/presentation, SQL and Power BI or equivalent skills and knowledge.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated technical problem solving and excellent analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proven track record of partnering with data center, software engineering and cross functional supply chain teams to drive execution as well as improvements in tooling and automation.
- Experience working in a hi tech operations environment, delivering rapid growth while finding ways to scale, optimize and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Collaborative and effective inter-personal and executive communication, creating clarity and achieving results in a matrix environment.
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions, including analysis specifications and models.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic and ambiguous environment with rapidly changing requirements.
- Understanding of process engineering and optimization, including gathering, analyzing, and defining business and functional requirements; creating global metrics, trend charts and other decision-making tools.
