This position is a 12 hour Day shift 5:45 AM - 5:45 PM Three days one week, Four days the next.
Job Summary
In this role you will perform a wide variety of duties connected with general equipment maintenance and facility maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Help maintain cleanliness of equipment.
- Help maintain cleanliness of facilities walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures and exterior of building.
- Trash removal and recycling duties.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance (PM’s) orders as assigned.
- Aid with pick-up, delivery and storage of essential materials on-site.
- Completes necessary steps and paperwork as per current procedures.
- Helps train fellow team members on tasks and processes.
- Maintain appropriate production levels of supplies (gloves, hearing protection, etc).
- Observe and report equipment problems, housekeeping issues and prescribed safety precautions and hazards to maintenance planning supervisor.
- Must comply with all Company work policies and procedures.
- Follow all safety rules and safety procedures.
- Other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Education
- High School Diploma Must have High School Diploma or GED required
Work Experience
- 0-3 Years of experience.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must be proficient at basic math and able to read and write.
Physical Requirements
Medium-Exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.
