Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience including hands-on recruiting, sourcing, research and skilled in sourcing/search tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, local sourcing channels).
- OR Bachelor's DegreeAND3+ years of talent acquisition experience including hands-on recruiting, sourcing, research and skilled in sourcing/search tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, local sourcing channels).
- Experience working inhouse in a recruiting/talent sourcing role that is focused on supporting functions like Sales, Go-To-Market (GTM) and/or Consulting.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably 8+ years of relevant experience, and with exposure to Engineering or Technical Recruitment is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to serve as talent advisors by influencing, presenting and engaging with senior leaders.
- A data-driven approach to Talent Sourcing, using insights and competitor analysis to support business on their hiring decision.
- Knowledgeable in Talent Pipelines; a proactive talent supply strategy in anticipation of filling critical and recurrent positions.
