Sr. Architect Technical PublicationsCreate user documentation, according to the defined processes and quality standards. The exact scope of user documentation varies per project, and can include terminology, CTBs, etc. To represent the user documentation discipline in the project, and to coordinate the user documentation planning in line with the project requirements and deadlines.

1. Experience- 12+years of experience and 2+ years of Technical/ People Leadership experience.
2. Skills-
Experience in the area of Technical Publication domain is highly preferred.
Strong project management skills, able to prioritize work, balance multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines, with proven ability to work on many projects concurrently
Understanding of corporate functions and processes, including quality systems and processes
Fast learner and interest to learn new technologies/business/systems.
System Thinking mindset
Exposure to work on global environment, ability to communicate on different levels, good listener, coach and guide project team, with good presentation skills
Leadership skills and drive for results. Mindset to simplify and reach to solutions with speed.
Shows strong content knowledge of the business and ability to translate this to opportunities for the group. Have a strong business focus
3. Education- Bachelor in Electronics/Software/BioMedical
4. Anything else-
Experience with documentation and publishing technologies such as XML and content management systems
Medical device experience is a strong plus
Understanding of manufacturing bill of materials structures and configuration management
Familiarity with new product development processes
Experience working in a highly regulated industry, as well as working in a procedure-intense department
