- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in any combination of data analytics, data science, statistics, intel (geopolitical research, OSINT, etc.),Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related fields.
- 1 year of experience in people management or leading a team
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or PhD or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards/visualization, data collection/transformation, or in a scripting/programming language (e.g. Python).
- Experience working with engineering or product teams to create tools, solutions, or automation to improve user safety.
- Experience with AI or machine learning systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
