This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.
Key job responsibilities
- Act as an escalation point for FOC engineers and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Perform alarm analysis and trending during planned and unplanned activities.
- Complete audits on planned and emergency work.
- Provide consistent training and guidance to FOC engineers.- Communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.- Drive projects with moderate-high complexity.- Establish performance benchmarks and conduct audits to drive effectiveness.

- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
- 6+ years of technical support experience in electrical, mechanical or controls disciplines, or Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience managing technical teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Strong leadership and organizational skill
- Proven self-starter
- Ability to prioritize in a complex environment
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
