Job responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall Capital Stress Testing (CCAR) program for the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB)
- Analyze and consolidate for budget, forecast, CCAR and risk appetite results and perform variance analysis while reviewing and challenging model outputs and results
- Analyze macroeconomic variables and understand the impact to financial projections
- Own and push regulatory reporting requirements, review process narratives and support the preparation of materials for senior management
- Partner closely with the other CIB Line of business (LOB) P&A teams, firmwide P&A, CIB and Corporate Controllers, CIB and Corporate Risk Management, Corporate Capital Stress Testing, CIB Finance, and CIB Control Management as needed
- Push efficiencies and process improvements and be involved in driving technology initiatives
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy and timeliness in all financial reporting and presentations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 6+ years of experience in a large financial institution or consulting firm
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- Experience in planning, forecasting, budgeting, regulatory reporting
- Understanding of bank balance sheet and income statement
- Working knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking products and the financial market, with the ability to grasp technical details
- Ability to work across senior levels of the organization
