Key job responsibilities
- Lead and manage night shift production activities to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, quality, and downtime; implement corrective actions as needed.- Identify process improvement opportunities, drive lean initiatives, and support implementation in coordination with day-shift leadership.- Report directly to the day-shift Production Manager, providing nightly updates on performance and progress against production goals.
- Drive operational excellence with a combination of data analytics and Lean operations.
Estimated schedule for this role is M-F 5:30am -3:00 pm.Export Control Requirement:A day in the life

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
