As a SuccessFactors professional for Time and Absence you will design, implement and deploy packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate unique IBM internal business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs.

Your role and responsibilities
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
  • Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and Standard Success Factors Solution.
  • Help clients understand alternatives for system configuration and design.
· Support in bug fixing and change request deployments.
· Recommend and implement SuccessFactors Time tracking standard solutions.
· Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels within IBM.
· System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.
· Provide delivery support for SuccessFactors Time and Absence applications
· Closely follow the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

Minimum of 4 to 5 years relevant experience in SuccessFactors EC
· Must have relevant experience of application requirements gathering and design, configuration, including process mapping and gap analysis in Workday
· Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SuccessFactors EC Time / Time tracking .

Preferred technical and professional experience

Certification in SuccessFactors – Employee Central / Time tracking
· Exposure to EC time sheet / Time tracking
· Understanding and application of Agile and Design Thinking Principles with Growth mindset.
