As a Loan Servicing Analyst in the WLS Flow Products – Loan Servicing Team, you will spearhead escalated requests, research complex asks for high-impact clients, lead training efforts, and drive project initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process line of credit and loan-related transactions on multiple loan systems.
- Focus on high-volume activities requiring interaction with internal partners.
- Interact with team members, managers, market partners, audit, legal, and risk.
- Serve as primary trainer and create training materials.
- Edit procedures with feedback from Global Loan Servicing Managers.
- Recommend process improvements for efficiency gains.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on loan servicing functions.
- Create testing scripts and execute testing across applications.
- Handle medium to complex research and escalation requests.
