Q-CST Builders are responsible for architecting and developing end-to-end solutions that leverage Generative AI technologies like Amazon Q and Bedrock. This role involves designing and implementing robust solution blueprints that seamlessly integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing systems or applications. Builders collaborate closely with Strategists and customer stakeholders to understand their requirements, translates them into technical specifications, and develops scalable and secure Generative AI solutions. Additionally, they provide guidance on data preparation, model training, and deployment strategies to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Generative AI solutions within the organization.Key job responsibilities- Create strategies for optimizing AI application performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness

- 3+ years of architecture/design and implementation of cloud-based solutions
- 3+ years of consulting or professional services experience
- 3+ years of database (eg. SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis) experience
- 3+ years of software development with object oriented language experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience

- Experience leading the architecture and implementation of AI/ML workloads
- Proven track record of delivering robust, scalable solutions in complex technical environments as well as delivering successful enterprise-scale Gen AI implementations
- International consulting or professional services sales and delivery experience
- Strong track record of CI/CD implementation in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with selling consulting/professional services
