Description
As a member of this team, you will use your background to (but not be limited to):-Build pipelines, Machine Learning infra, and tooling focused on simulation and evaluation.-Build full-stack, user-facing applications to help accelerate robotics project testing and validation.-Implement innovative approaches to rendering and streaming large-scale data.-Build integration with various models to scale up and improve capabilities of systems that employ Machine Learning.-Review and prototype algorithms, participate in periodic robotics and AIML research paper discussions and literature reviews.-Build visualization for simulation tooling.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong and proven software development skills.
- Passion for software architecture, API design and developer experience.
- Strong Python and C++ development experience.
- Experience with 3D Graphics on Web (WebGL, Three.js, related frameworks).
- Industry experience bringing AI systems from advanced research to production.
- Excellent collaboration skills: strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- You're inspired to design, create and make the best better and do that quickly.
- Strong communication skills and good team player.
- Understanding of real-time systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Swift, SwiftUI, macOS fundamentals and frameworks.
- Experience working with Apple development tools.
- Experience with 3D graphics libraries/software is a plus.
- Experience with large-scale simulation systems is a plus.
- Experience with robotics, embodied AI, or LLMs is a plus.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
