- Lead the design and development of Cloud-Delivered Firewall and Remote Access VPN solutions.
- Develop and enhance Cisco Secure Access features using C/C++, Rust, and Unix/Linux.
- Author functional and design specifications to extend Cisco’s Secure Access capabilities.
- Drive feature testing, automation, and deployment across Stage, Pre-production, and Production cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize solutions for existing deployments in cloud infrastructures.
- Conduct threat modeling, monitoring, and risk management to enhance security and reliability.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering experience.
- 12 to 16 years of experience in Networking/Security domains.
- 8-10 years of hands-on software development experience with C/C++, Rust, and Unix/Linux.
- Proven expertise in cloud architectures (Public & Private), covering design, development, and production deployment.
- Strong experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, and ECS.
Preferred Qualifications (Provide up to five (5) bullet points:these can include soft skills)
- Industry certifications (AWS, Virtualization, NFV, CKA/CKS/CKAD, AWS Networking Specialty) are a plus.
- Experience in VXLAN and Geneve-based network overlays for scalable, multi-tenant environments.
- Hands-on expertise with DPDK and VPP for high-speed packet processing.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across cross-functional teams.
