- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of relevant experience with an emphasis on industrial facilities and mission critical 24x7 operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in the operation of datacenter, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, power, nuclear, or other 24X7 mission critical industries.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and work in a fast paced environment and be responsive to internal customer requests/service issues and communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently and be willing to travel at least 20% of the time as needed.
- Familiarity with Google applications and proficiency in the use of common business software programs.
