What you'll do...
What you will do:
identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, align on priorities, and set direction for a broadly cross-functional Privacy and Compliance area across Walmart Global Tech and Business.
Articulate the requirements, goals, and solution milestones of cross-functional team s.
Move fast in a matrix organization by working in concert with other technical program managers, product managers and engineers across Walmart Global Tech and Sam’s to establish a shared vision for improving execution and building solutions.
Ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues, and risks in a timely fashion to stakeholders.
Establish shared goals with product teams across the company to build alignment across multiple cross-functional teams
identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life cycle.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results.
Excellent problem solving and influencing skills.
Experience as a TPM leader to grow and develop a team of TPMs, while also building the foundations for the TPM practice.
Ability to simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representatives.
Exceptional cross-team collaboration; able to work across different functions
What you will bring:
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
Experience driving and delivering complex tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
5+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture.
5+ years of experience with Agile delivery.
5+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs - where you own the business or technical vision, collaborate with large cross-functional teams, secure commitments on deliverables, and unblock teams to land business impact.
2+ years of e xperience or w orking knowledge of Privacy and Compliance laws in a regulated Industry (Preferred)

SUNNYVALE, California US-04396:The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00-$338,000.00 BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-09930:The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
