- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in go-to-market, corporate strategy/planning, product marketing, program management, consulting or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience in the creator or tech industry partnering with Product Managers, or other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in an analytical role, such as management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of YouTube Product, creator ecosystem (including content creation) and competitive landscape, and experience presenting to senior audiences.
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively, including strong presentation skills.
- Motivated with high level of comfort with ambiguity, ability to learn quickly and flex across different subject matters and priorities, with high attention to detail.
- Strong business sense with strategic thinking and distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills (e.g. SQL).
- Passion for GenAI and emerging technology.
- Proven track record of working with Business and Product/Engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
