Key job responsibilities
- Receiving, stowing and picking, packaging and shipping, sorting and counting of parts
- Ensuring inventory accuracy and availability- Storage facility management and administrationA day in the life- Manage courier vendors to deliver or pick up shipments
- Stow parts according to requirements and make allocation, pack and dispatch parts for transfer
- Review stock level and keep an accurate record for all attributes in inventory systems
- Administer warehouse and datahalls to ensure parts stay at the right place
- Return faulty parts and dispose obsolete inventory with vendors
- 9 to 6 weekday work at data center with technicians as the only Logistics Specialist per siteAbout the team

- 1+ years of working experience, willingness to perform regular physical tasks of receiving, stowing, picking, packing and shipping
- Understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory and warehousing practices
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, willingness to work in different site locations upon request
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in logistics and warehouse operations, relevant Educational Background in Logistics or Supply Chain, and Bachelor Degree
- Experience with inventory management systems, inventory reporting, experience with Remedy or similar ticketing operations
- Experience with process documentation
- Knowledge of IT hardware and data center
- Understanding of safe manual handling
