Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in contingent workforce solutions and optimizing operational performance through supplier engagement practices.
7 years of experience in people management.
Experience in leading supplier engagement activities at a CEO/VP level.
Experience leading, designing and building a greenfield supplier engagement function at a corporate level.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree.
Experience leading direct and cross-functional teams through multi-year operational transformation with demonstrated impact and that have owned multiple, time-sensitive projects with engaging priorities.
Experience with process optimization, continuous improvement, scaled support, analytics, and impact measurement.
Experience in strategy, supply chain, or procurement of contingent workforce solutions.
Ability to distill, prioritize, and present complex business analysis and recommendations at executive levels.
