- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- 2 years of experience with visual design in product or UX design environments.
- Experience leading, collaborating with, and influencing cross-functional partners in Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Business teams.
- Experience growing in product environments, adept at identifying problems and defining user needs even when they're not immediately clear.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.

- Experience with Advertising products.
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
- Experience in UX Research or UX Writing.
