Your key responsibilities

• Assist and contribute to Business consulting projects aiming to improve organizations in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
• Analyze business processes, help in developing financial models, assist in improvement of performance of various functions within various organizations.
• Establish relationships with teams & client personnel at appropriate levels when needed.
• Develop your professional knowledge and experiences.
• Possess good business acumen.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as economics, engineering, or business administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A high level of interpersonal skills for communication and collaboration, crucial for an international team setting.
• Proven ability to lead, provide feedback, and promote growth among junior team members.

• Resilience and dedication to excel professionally, with a resourceful and innovative mindset.
• Ability to maintain efficiency and foster a team-oriented environment under pressure.
• Ideally, if you’ll also have experience in business processes analysis, financial modelling, data analysis and building reports. Plus, experience in supervising and delegating tasks to other team members.
• Work experience in the energy sector is considered an advantage.
