Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
- 5 years conducting User Experience (UX) Research in industry.
- Experience working in the Enterprise User Experience Researcher (UXR) space.
- Experience in different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase.
- Ability to ramp up quickly in a deeply technical and complicated product space.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, coupled with outstanding collaboration, facilitation and communication skills.
