Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in enterprise go-to-market in sales, sales engineering, operations, or customer success with B2B enterprise technical go-to-market.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience partnering with sales and pre-sales leadership, business development, and regional sales operations to develop an overall plan for each quarter.
Experience running technology-based solution programs with enterprise technology sales teams and overseeing change in organizations.
Experience managing business reviews at multiple levels up to executive audience.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or MBA.
Experience with SQL, database, scripting and business intelligence tools.
Experience owning and managing multiple complex initiatives.
Experience driving initiatives based on data.
Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and balance multiple priorities, manage time effectively, and navigate ambiguity.
Ability to consistently generate and follow through on new ideas in a business organization through a systematic and repeatable approach.
