Job Responsibilities
- Analyzing business requirements, designing, building, testing, and producing executive and operational reporting to support management decisions.
- Performing ad-hoc analysis to meet the needs of all internal business partners leveraging various data source.
- Support business management team to develop, implement and execute key reporting to be leveraged by all levels within Payment Operations, as well as senior management in the Corporate and Investment Bank and senior partners across the firm.
- Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions.
- Prepare presentation materials to be shared with management, business groups and other relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or an equivalent combination of education and/or business experience.
- 3 years of experience in business system analysis or business application design and development role.
- Strong Structured Query Language skill required.
- Good understanding of operations preferably with knowledge of payment processing.
- Working knowledge with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Business Objects
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Extensive knowledge of database design and relational database principles, prior experience with large scale data warehouse is a plus
- Python or another programming language in a work-related capacity is highly desired
