As a Senior Product Associate in the Wires and International Payments team, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of security features that protect our customers from payments fraud and scams. You will leverage industry trends, user research, and customer feedback to create and enhance innovative security capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with partners, analyze product metrics, and support the development and rollout of impactful solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify new product opportunities that align with customer needs and market demands through user research and discovery
- Lead the development and implementation of security capabilities within the Wires ecosystem, including authentication, risk mitigation controls, and fraud prevention features
- Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and identify valuable product features for customers
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development life cycle
- Develop requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications, working closely with scrum teams to compile rollout and release plans
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proven track record of executing end-to-end product delivery for complex, large-scale initiatives
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools
- Experience in product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Master’s degree in product or analytics-related fields
- Product experience in the payments or financial industry
- Knowledge of common payment fraud and scam
