Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their operational challenges and strategic goals
- Contribute to the design and implementation of highly impactful operational excellence programs
- Conduct rigorous data analysis and comprehensive process assessments to identify untapped potential and improvement opportunities
- Develop and execute on-site solutions, tailored training programs, and high-impact workshops to drive operational transformations
- Provide expert coaching and guidance to frontline and production managers, empowering them to become champions of operational excellence
- Engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to facilitate change management and ensure sustainable implementation of operational improvements
- Monitor project progress and navigate complex multi-site global engagements to deliver timely and exceptional results.
Skills and attributes for success
- Education: Engineering with Supply Chain & Manufacturing focus, ideally with MBA specialized in Manufacturing.
- Minimum 4 years of experience from Industry and Consulting focused on Manufacturing.
- Proven track record of implementing Operational Excellence across different industries including Consumer Good Industry.
- Extensive experience with P&G Integrated Work Systems as Maintenance Lead and/or Process Lead.
- Proven expertise in operational improvement methodologies and tools, including Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt Certification required), Kaizen and TPM.
- Experience in Digital Manufacturing and tools development, including Digital Twin Simulation and Predictive Analytics using Anylogistix and Simio
- Proficiency in digital prototyping with MS Fabric, PowerApps and PowerBI
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated through effective training and coaching in manufacturing management systems, and the ability to engage with clients, frontline managers, and senior executives.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of successfully coaching and mentoring shopfloor teams to drive exceptional performance.
- Willingness to travel extensively (+80%) for global client engagements.
- Fluency in English and a second language is required (preferred languages are: Japanese, Mandarin or Hindi)
