About this role:
The Business Execution Consultant will have two primary responsibilities:
1. Act as the Site Coordinator for designated areas - provide business support to the local Site Leader, drive progress and execution against the site priorities & action plan, engage local cabinet members to progress site action plans, and serve as the single POC for the program day-to-day.
2. Deploy ‘bank-wide’ initiatives for site on behalf of the Site Leader Program – partnering with bank-wide and local partners to execute, communicate, and measure results.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the business support and initiatives manager for the Site Leader.
- Support the Site Leader with developing site priorities and managing cabinet operations, such as leading regular cabinet meetings and preparing materials with relevant information.
- Partner with cabinet members to ensure progress against critical site initiatives.
- Ensure Leaders & Cabinet are meeting defined timelines and following enterprise procedures.
- Plan and execute enterprise and local initiatives in line with program’s strategic pillars.
- Draft and distribute Site Newsletters to communicate and update local employees.
- Maintain a calendar of local and enterprise activities for on-site employees.
- Maintain site records and local contact lists.
- Serve as day-to-day POC for the site, program, and partners.
- Be present on-site at the assigned office location at least 3 days per week to personally assist with site-needs as they arise.
- Coordinate a group of on-site volunteers to help with planning and execution of events.
Required Qualifications, US:
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

- Strong collaborator and empathetic listener who works with diverse groups to solicit multiple perspectives.
- Established relationships in the local market across Community Relations, Communications, ERNs, EITs, and other local employee engagement programs.
- Ability to effectively lead, partner with and successfully influence senior executives and other stakeholders at all levels across the matrix organization.
- Ability to create a strong collaborative work environment to successfully develop partnerships.
- Independently lead project engagements in collaboration with leadership.
- Ability to manage and work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Ability to strategically review situations and diagnose opportunities and interventions.
- Skilled in communicating complex information in simple terms.
- Experience communicating with senior level leadership.
- Experience with event management
Job Expectations:
- Work in office 3+ days/week and up to 2 days remote
- Location: Site Coordinator in Philadelphia or DC Area – Two Logan Square (100 N 18th St) or McLean, VA ( Tysons Plaza (1751 Pinnacle Dr.)
Pay Range
$80,400.00 - $143,000.00
