Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and summarize study specific data sets for study execution and reporting for preclinical projects and/or programs.
  • Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve organizational systems.
  • Order, receive, and organize study specific materials and supplies.
  • Generate specific aspects of study reports in conjunction with study management and study veterinary teams.
  • Generate and maintain study specific quotes and POs.
  • Archive study specific and/or test facility documentation.
  • Work within document control systems for study document upload and approvals.
  • Ensures compliance with test protocols and all regulatory policies, procedures and/or guidelines during pre-clinical studies.
  • Take part in process and/or operations optimization
  • Participate in other laboratory organizational tasks
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Time management, multitasking, and flexibility
  • Organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Supply management and inventory control


Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree
  • Certified administrative professional or Microsoft office specialist certification is a plus
  • Past administrative experience or tenure in an office setting is a plus
  • Preclinical experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and technical writing skills
  • Highly motivated individual able to work in a semi-independent or independent manner, experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Skills with MS Office suite including: Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Maximum Salary: $ 94000

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
