Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management, client/professional services or management consulting.
Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects to Telecommunications customers (e.g., cloud migrations or multi-cloud transformations across data warehousing and analytics, application development, or cybersecurity solutions).
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver solutions.
Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
Experience working with Call Center and Customer Service Technology Solutions.
Understanding of the Cloud marketplace and the differentiate various Cloud offerings.
Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud and IT technology space.
