Key job responsibilities
As a DE in our team you will:
* Collaborate with cross-functional leaders from business development, marketing, product, science, and engineering to translate strategic objectives into robust, scalable data architectures
* Design and implement data infrastructure solutions using AWS and other advanced technologies
* Build and optimize data pipelines that power internal dashboards, product insights, recommendation engines, driving tangible impact on creator success and customer engagement
* Work in one of the world's largest and most complex data warehouse environments
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation

You possess strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, and use them to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions. You stay current with emerging technologies and implement them strategically.

- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of data engineering experience
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
- Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language, such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS
- Experience building/operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets
- Experience working on and delivering end to end projects independently
