- EIS Application Support Analyst across Policy, Claims, Billing and Customer
- Expected joining date Immediate.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years’ experience
Your key responsibilities
- Participate in incident management P1 / P2 ticket analysis, requirement analysis for enhancements.
- Investigate EIS issues reported and provide fix as necessary.
- Good working knowledge in Dynatrace, heap dump analysis, EIS base upgrades, Grafana,
- Test and deploy applications and systems.
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture, external teams like EIS support for base issues.
- Improve existing software.
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and on-call support.
Skills and attributes for success
- At least one year of experience with building and deploying solutions in EIS (must have).
- Must have hands-on experience in EIS – Policy Core / Claims Core/ Billing Core / Customer Core / DXP Capabilities.
- Must be an expert in core technical skills: Java / J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SpringBoot Microservices, Web Service (REST & SOAP), Apache Camel – CXF, Kafka.
- Good to have experience in EIS upgrades, EIS v12 / v20, Dynatrace, Grafana, Jenkins, GitHub, Kubernetes, Backstage.
- Proven experience as a EIS application developer / support analyst.
- Good SQL skill.
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience.
- Have exposure to working in shifts and on-call support.
