Account & Seller Relationship Management:Build andmaintainstrong relationships with marketplace accounts and key sellers to expand HP’s reach andmaintainbrand standards. Facilitate collaboration with these stakeholders toalign ongrowthobjectivesand performance targets.
Manage a team of professionals responsible for executing HP’s marketplace strategies, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback. Ensure that team members are aligned with HP’sobjectivesand are well-equipped to drive operational excellence.
Strategic Planning & Execution:

Data Analysis & Reporting:Conduct thorough analyses of marketplace performance, tracking key metrics (e.g., sales growth,market share, conversion rate, unit share, etc.) to inform strategic decisions. Produce regular reports and provide insights that highlight trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Brand Protection:
Marketplace Program Implementation:Lead the integration of HP’spolicies
Digital Marketing Strategy:Design and execute digital marketing campaigns on APJ marketplaces to boost HP’s brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase traffic to HP product listings. Leverage market insights to tailor campaigns that areoptimizedfor each platform.
AI-Driven Insights:Utilizeartificial intelligence tools and analytics to enhance marketplace strategies, such asidentifyingsales trends,optimizingproduct listings, and predicting customerpurchasingbehaviors for proactive decision-making.
Brand Store Management:Oversee HP’s official brand stores on various APJ marketplaces, ensuring that each store accuratelyrepresentsHP’s brand,showcases
Digital Content Development:Coordinate the development and optimization of digital content across marketplaces, including product descriptions, images, and videos, to improve SEO performance, maximize visibility, and enhance the overall customer experience.Lead digital transformation initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to align on strategicobjectivesand ensure digital excellence across all marketplace interactions
Requirements
Minimum15years of management experience in digital business, eCommerce, digital marketing, or closely related fields, with a proventrack recordof success in driving digital transformation and marketplace growth.
Technical Skills:Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along witha strong foundation
Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Experience in building and nurturing relationships with marketplace partners.
Marketplace & eCommerce Expertise:Extensive knowledge of marketplace operations, digital commerce, and the online retail industry within the APJ region. Demonstrated experience managing high-profile accounts and understanding marketplace dynamics.
Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving strategicobjectivesand driving operational success.
Strategic Thinking:Proficiencyin strategic planning and the ability to translate high-levelobjectives
Multi-Country Experience:Prior experience managing marketplace strategies or business operations across multiple countries within APJ, with an understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and localization requirements.
