A results driven, self-motivated and resourceful logistics person responsible for planning and execution of moderate to complex Import & Export activities. Reviews, collects, and/or prepares documents for import license submissions, Manage the system transactions required for proper shipping and notifications.This role is located in our warehouse in Błonie, near Warsaw.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the entire import and export process for goods shipped from Poland to EU / international markets.
  • Ensure compliance with all Polish customs regulations, including tariff classifications, HS codes, import/export permits, and documentation requirements/VAT.
  • Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities to facilitate seamless clearance of goods.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to delays, shipping discrepancies, or customs complications.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export/import licenses.
  • Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • High school diploma/ BA Degree
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Natural team player
  • Experience in a dynamic global working environment with ability of prioritizing tasks
  • Proven experience of 4-6 years in import/export coordination, international shipping, or logistics, with a focus on Polish customs processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish customs laws, tariffs, taxes, and international trade agreements.
  • Familiarity with global shipping procedures and customs regulations in major international markets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customs authorities, freight providers, and internal teams
  • Proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and export control regulations
  • Deep Knowledge of inbound and outbound global regulations and documentation
  • Former experience in High-Tech companies or within an Operations function
  • Former experience with ERP system/s
