JOB DESCRIPTION

As the CFO of Commercial at Honeywell Building Automation, you will hold acritical leadership position, responsible for providing strategic direction andoversight to the commercial finance function. In this role, you will drive thefinancial success of the organization by developing and executing comprehensivefinancial strategies that align with business objectives. You will collaborateclosely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure financialgoals are aligned with overall business strategies. As a trusted advisor, youwill provide insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth, optimizeprofitability, and minimize costs. Your expertise in financial analysis andforecasting will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for businessexpansion and mitigating financial risks. You will play a pivotal role inshaping the financial direction of the organization. You will be responsiblefor preparing and presenting financial reports, forecasts, and strategic plansto senior executives. Your leadership and strategic thinking abilities will becrucial in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with financialregulations, and optimizing resource allocation. You will report directly toour Vice President of BAP and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing strategic direction andoversight to the commercial finance function
  • Developing and executingcomprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborating with senior executivesand cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with overallbusiness strategies
  • Providing insights andrecommendations to drive revenue growth and optimize profitability includingdeveloping market intelligence frameworks, pipeline health and sales forceproductivity
  • Conducting financial analysis andforecasting to identify business expansion opportunities and mitigate financialrisks
  • Leading and mentoring a team ofcommercial finance professionals
  • Establishing and maintaining strongrelationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Preparing and presenting financialreports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior executives
  • Driving financial performance,ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and optimizing resourceallocation
  • Leadbusiness and functional transformational activities targeting standard work,MOS and growth initiatives through effective process redesign, tools andanalytics

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience incommercial finance or related roles
  • Prior experience in a leadership ordirector-level role in a global enterprise
  • Proven track record of drivingfinancial performance and achieving business objectives
  • Strong strategic thinking andproblem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of financialprinciples and practices
  • Proficiency in financial analysissoftware and MS Office
  • Ability to effectively lead andinspire a team
  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills
