Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement complex SAP solutions using ABAP, ABAP OO, SAP MDG and other relevant technologies.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SAP systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Perform system analysis and optimization to ensure peak performance of SAP applications.
• Integrate SAP systems with other enterprise applications and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Leverage program management skills to lead and manage assigned SAP development projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project resources and track progress.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP development (ABAP, ABAP OO, MDG)
• Proven experience developing and implementing complex SAP solutions in SAP ABAP, SAP MDG, HANA, OData etc.
• Hands-on experience in SAP MDG configuration, customization, and integration, complemented by familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other relevant SAP modules.
• In-depth technical knowledge of SAP MDG data modeling, including configuration of data models, data attributes, and relationships.
• Proficiency in SAP MDG workflows, rule-based workflows, and data validation rules.
• Experience in SAP MDG user exits, BADIs, and enhancements for custom validations and derivations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP MDG implementations effectively.
• Capability to collaborate with technical teams to design and implement data migration strategies and tools for MDG projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and functionality
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in program management (preferred)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (a plus)
