Your role:
- Be part of the team responsible for the preparation of the financial and management reporting relating to the consolidated corporate income tax position.
- Be part of the central team leading the digital transformation of tax accounting processes working with accounting and tax provisioning systems and data.
- Proactively identify further automation possibilities and collaborate with Country Tax and Finance teams as well as IT teams to structure and drive the implementation of automation initiatives.
- Facilitate the learning sessions regarding tax accounting, Transfer Pricing processes, systems and reporting. You will participate in creating and reviewing the design rules for data strategy and data quality.
- Be part of a team envisioning new and creative ways to utilize available technologies, driving tax sensitization, promoting data standards and common practices.
- Be actively involved in the change management efforts for the operating model for tax accounting and Transfer Pricing.

- Managing Transitions- Process study, Due diligence, Planning, monitoring & tracking the progress, ensuring successful Go-Live by facilitating a seamless transition
- Transformation of profiles:After "Lift & Shift" of the process, Fixing the process through ESSA initiatives, Kaizen events, VSM and other LEAN tools, bringing in the change to scale it up to internal customer's expectations by providing value in terms of actionable insights.
- Stakeholder management:understanding the expectations of stakeholder, translating it into action items on the process, having regular conversations with customers on course correction & re-prioritization, addressing escalations within reasonable time frame
- Ensuring Business continuity:through knowledge management & retention through updated Process documentation, ensuring Cross training & Backup mechanism in place
- Process KPIs:Own the targets cascaded, driving & ensuring that the team is able to meet the individual targets in terms of FTR, OTD, Automation, Standardization, Documentation
- Operational Excellence- Acquire, Adopt & Apply LEAN methodologies & techniques on a day-to-day basis in deliverables. Make LEAN as the work culture
- Contribute for the overall success factors of the FP&A CoE and Global Hub by engaging in Hub related initiatives/Projects
You're the right fit if:
- CA, master’s degree in accounting / finance / CPA level qualification
- 12+ years post qualification relevant experience in a similar role or a financial controller/auditor role within a large multinational firm or a business analyst/consultant role - Big 4 experience is an added advantage
- Hands-on user experience with the following technologies: SAP, BCS, Blackline, as well as tax provisioning software – in particular Oracle HTP/TRCS is a major advantage
- Experience with enterprise-wide analytical reporting and financial planning is an asset
- Experience in managing a Tax Provision tool and driving tax automation projects would be an added advantage
- Understand the demands and possess practical experience of working virtually within a large international group is desirable.
- Basic understanding of IFRS is required
- Knowledge of IAS 12 and a basic corporate tax background is preferred
