JOB DESCRIPTION

As a , you will play a crucial role insupporting our HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our HRfunctions within the Mexico Offices. You will be responsible for implementingHR strategies that support business objectives, fostering a high-performanceculture, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. You will report directly to our Sr. HR Manager, and you'll work out of ourMX0H site. In this role, you will impact the organization by effectivelymanaging employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures,and supporting the development and implementation of HR programs. You will alsocontribute to the overall success of the HR team by collaborating withcross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with business leaders to develop andexecute HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Provide guidance on complex HR issues,organizational design, and development.
  • Manage talent acquisition, including recruiting,interviewing, and hiring processes, to meet the needs of the buildingautomation business.
  • Lead employee relations, ensuring fair andconsistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Drive initiatives that promote a culture ofinclusion, agility, and learning within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the HR Services TalentOperations team to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
  • Support the development and integration of HRtechnology systems to improve HR processes.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to informdecision-making and report on HR performance.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and managerelationships with external agencies as required.
  • Participate in the design and delivery of HRprograms and initiatives that support employee engagement and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Studying last semester or recentlygraduated of master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience.
  • Advanced English
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, includingtalent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, andnegotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team andwith all levels of management within the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-makingskills.
